Born and raised in Peterborough, Ontario, Jeff Medley graduated from Trent University where he earned his honors degree in Economics. His eduction also includes a diploma in Business Administration from Sir Sanford Fleming College.

Before settling in the mortgage business, Jeff gained valuable business experience and learned the value of good service working in the hospitality industry. After completing all the necessary requirements for his license, he launched his mortgage career in 2010 becoming an agent for the Welbanks Mortgage Group Inc.

For Jeff, no day is ever dull in the mortgage business; it is a challenging, fast-paced field that requires all of his skills, tact and humour. He takes great pride in treating all clients as individuals who have their own needs and aspirations. His philosophy and the foundation of his business is to always put the best interest of the client first. While Jeff understands the value of hard work but he also knows that life is not all work. In his down time he enjoys playing several sports including baseball, soccer and golf, when he can find the time. Apart from the athletic activities, where he also knows his way around the kitchen where gives his culinary skills a good workout. He is a person who cares about his fellow man and when Hurricane Katrina leveled New Orleans, Jeff heard the call, and he volunteered with Habitat for Humanity where he helped build homes in some of the hardest hit sections of the city. He cherishes the memory and feeling of fulfillment every time he handed over the house keys to a victim of the hurricane. When looking to the future, Jeff’s most important goals are to build a sustainable business that would allow time to volunteer for a worthy cause every year and perhaps run a triathlon.
